A review of Hotel Le Morgane must start and end with the outstanding, exceptional, professional service we received from the hotel’s concierge staff and primarily by Julie. Julie and I corresponded frequently over several weeks as I had many questions and details of our vacation that I needed help with. She could not have have been any better. She responded promptly with detailed answers to my questions. She helped with transportation to and from the airport, she helped with guiding me, and acquiring for me, the right lift tickets (which is not transparent which one to buy via traditional websites. . She helped us secure a guide for off piste skiing. Once there, she helped us secure dinner reservations, that we kept changing. She always helped with a smile and a genuine willingness to assist us. I cannot say enough about how she made our trip to Chamonix wonderful. As for the hotel, it was equally outstanding. We had a room on the 5th floor with a wonderful deck that provided an awesome view of Mt Blanc and the streets of the town below. The location was perfect. Close to everything. Across the street is a wonderful bakery. The hotel provided rides to and from all the mountain chair lifts nearby. Much better than taking the public bus. The hotel lobby is spacious and comfortable with plenty of places to sit. The staff is quick to come by and take an order for drinks and snacks. Right outside on the sideways are comfy chairs that are in the sun. For a while in the afternoons they make crepes right there as well. Very good! It also contains a restaurant. While we didn’t have dinner there, we did eat at the breakfast buffet, which was excellent. Truthfully, staying at Hotel Le Morgane was the best hotel experience I have ever had.

Excellent location in the middle of the cable car station. Closed to prime photo spot and all city centers. Rooms were aesthetically decorated and always clean. Balcony is perfect facing the mountain seeing the icy mountain tip within reach. All staff including cleaning team were above average on service. Generous and went extra miles trying to find answers to maximize my Chamonix exploration. Bath tub and spa were clean and relaxing. Amenity smelled fragrant with organic alpine ingredients. Bed was comfortable and clean. I was so so happy I decided to pay more to have full relaxing Chamonix experience here. It is totally worth it.

The view from the balcony is very beautiful, you can see the Matternhorn and the cable car to Matternhorn. The room is spacious and comfortable. There are many pillows provided. The bed is just the right amount of soft. The shower room and toilet are separated, convenient for simultaneous use. The bathroom is clean, the amenities and shower gel smell good. Excellent location, close to Aiguille du Midi train station 190 m. And close to Aiguille du Midi Cable car station 🚡.

They arranged for us taxi to the station due to our luggage. The view from the room was more than impressive at Mont Blanc Mountain.
